  • Created the database, UI, and data for the official world animal species register (zoobank.org).
  • Hand-built an ML pipeline that ingested all 300k pages as images of the world's oldest biological journal, utilizing image processing, OCR, tokenization, stemming, lemmatization, decision trees, and semantic reasoning.
